How it works

Your survey questions are replicated on an online survey, and we will provide you with a link to share however you wish.

When a customer completes the survey the results are automatically collated on your live dashboard. Here you are able to filter out responses collected on location or online, or combine them together for an overall view.

Track your service performance in real time using our highly visual, interactive dashboard. Identify issues as they arise, make improvements and measure their impact.

Where to locate your Element

The Element has been designed to be located either inside or outdoors, within the parameters of standard weather conditions. In order to get the most from your touchscreen survey here are some pointers on where to locate your kiosk:

  • Away from glaring sunlight
    • Directing the screen away from bright sunlight will help your visitors to use the device in comfort.
  • In a shaded area
    • Placing your kiosk in a shaded area can help to protect it from more extreme weather conditions.
  • On a solid footing
    • The ground needs to be firm to ensure the kiosk remains steady.
  • In sight of employees
    • If you can, put your kiosk in the eye line of employees, as this can help to deter vandalism.
