Research Control Suite
The new look Research Control Suite is the hub of all activity within ViewPoint. A simple snapshot of activity is now located on each client’s homepage, displaying an overview of the status of Surveys, Responses, Devices and Locations.
Focusing on the user experience, the ViewPoint developments have created a more intuitive interface, that is easy to navigate and explore detail. Accessing existing surveys, previewing and deploying is much slicker and more responsive, making time spent on the platform particularly efficient.
New Survey Creation Tool
Creating branded surveys has never been easier than with the new survey creation tool. New surveys can be built from a single screen. Adding questions, re ordering, formatting and adding graphics is simple, using buttons from with the survey builder. Quickly route and move questions to manage survey flow and utilise the library of images to add graphics to the header or buttons; everything is at your fingertips.
Once finalised, surveys can be deployed to either an online channel or to a ViewPoint enabled touchscreen device.

It comes after extensive research with our customers to understand how they interact with ViewPoint and subsequently, how we can make the user experience better. Thorough testing of the new platform has been completed and we have received some fantastic feedback about the usability upgrades. Customers will automatically migrate over to the new ViewPoint platform in due course. Existing customers will be able to select to revert back to the old interface if they prefer.
