We are excited to share that we will attending Seatrade Cruise Global in Miami taking place on the 8th – 11th April 2019. The biggest show of its kind unites 11,000 professionals around a singular sensation: feeling at home on the sea. We will be showcasing our feedback devices that have been proven to collect valuable feedback from passengers, to help understand what keeps them feeling at home on board cruise ships!

Team ViewPoint completed their charity climb to the top of Snowdon on the 28th September, completing the round trip in approximately 6 hours, and smashing their fundraising target.
ViewPoint Pulse feedback devices are being enjoyed by patients and staff at North Middlesex University NHS Trust. The first few days saw hundreds of responses flood in, following the roll out early 2018.
CRT were invited to attend the AskHU One Stop Shop 2016 event at the University of Hull. The event’s objective was to bring together Student Services teams from across the country to discuss, share and review student services provision and best practice. The focus of the 2016 event was how to help, understand and support students; as both learners and customers.
CRT touchscreen kiosks have been highlighted as the feedback solution of choice in a recent survey, conducted on 150 students, staff and visitors of the AskHU helpdesk.
