Every delegate is invited to rate every session they attend for content and delivery. This information is used to plan future events.

 “Experian’s approach to gaining feedback is text book. The survey is focused and simple, the devices are located in all the right places, results monitored and tweaks made as necessary.

It was clear from the start, the whole team were really behind the solution, from the speakers themselves who all concluded their sessions with a slide asking visitors to visit the kiosks; to session hosts who were tasked with encouraging use at the session doors.

As the survey was so simple to complete as delegates filed out of the room, response rates were an inevitable success.”
