Meet The Team

Simon Rowland


Under Simon’s direction, CRT has helped the NHS and major brands take their Customer Experience Management strategies to new levels. His passion for customer service excellence, harnessed with CRT's world class multi-channel insight technology, is building strong customer loyalty. Prior to joining CRT, Simon held senior positions within the corporate finance, automotive and telecoms sectors, always with a passion for the best in Customer Service.

Simon has set his sights on developing CRT’s presence in core and emerging markets and he recognises, and is promoting, the exciting growth in the whole field of Customer Experience. To this aim, he has built strategic partnerships with IBM, Toshiba Commerce and Ipsos MORI – and is actively seeking alliances with other world-class organisations.

He lives in Leicestershire, UK and enjoys running, cycling and time with his family.

Simon Dean


Simon has worked throughout Europe and has considerable experience in business development with a strong IT, operational and customer experience background.

His drive for product innovation secures ViewPoint’s position as the leading point-of-experience CX feedback solution, together with a range of specialist services delivered by his team. He's a relentless and passionate developer of his people, understanding that our open and fair culture is key to our future.

As CTO, Simon enjoys meeting our clients and shaping our offerings and especially using technology to solve real-world problems. He is a full member of CRT’s board of directors. He is passionate to ensure that CRT’s customers enjoy an excellent level of support. A clear and calm thinker, he is a creative leader and is popular with his colleagues. Outside of the office, Simon’s interests include charity work, photography and design work. Simon is a dedicated family man and lives with his wife and five children in Coventry, UK.

Andy Childerhouse


Andy is a programme and project management, business change and transformation specialist with a background in the public, private and charitable sectors. His experience extends from directing major global programmes with multi £M budgets and heading up product development for a major telecoms company, through to working with business start-ups. He has people development, product development, programme and project management expertise - with a track record in delivering great client-focused benefits. He puts the customer first.

Andy leads our operations and product development here at CRT and has brought an innovative and dynamic approach to cementing CRT’s position as the UK’s No.1 provider of Customer Experience feedback solutions.

He lives in South Leicestershire with his family.

Nicky Allen

Customer Operations Manager

Nicky is CRT's Customer Operations Manager, working closely with our customers in all sectors.

She brings a smile to our operations and together with her team is able to offer comprehensive advice, help and support on a wide range of customer experience subjects.

Nicky manages our Coventry based Customer Service Team, which she says gives her a good feeling and a sense of satisfaction from working with great customers and great colleagues. She enjoys visiting new and existing customers in order to listen to their developing requirements and to help them harness the full power of the ViewPoint CX platform.
