Our Valid8 software – which is an integral part of the ViewPoint RCS – ensures all feedback is legitimate. It does this by filtering and quarantining ‘suspicious’ survey responses so that the data sample is 100% accurate and can be trusted.
We have a range of devices which operate ‘off-line’ in order to provide our customers with easy to use research technology – whatever your requirements may be. For example, our Touch Screen kiosks operate as plug-and-play devices, requiring only a mains connection to operate. Additionally, all of our device software is ‘locked down’ to prevent hacking or other security issues.
