Under Simon’s direction, CRT has helped the NHS and some of the UK’s biggest brands use patient and customer insight as a powerful business tool.
Prior to joining CRT, he held senior positions within the corporate finance and telecoms sectors, always with a keen eye on customer service.
Simon has set his sights on developing CRT’s presence in core and emerging markets. To this aim, he has built strategic partnerships with IBM and Ipsos MORI – and is actively seeking alliances with other world-class organisations.
