Mark has more than 30 years’ experience of working in the business-to-business service environment with large blue chip organisations.
During a successful career, Mark has held senior management positions in sales, operations, quality control and finance. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
As a holder of the Six Sigma Master blackbelt, Mark appreciates the vital importance of ‘point of experience’ customer feedback in improving business processes to deliver best-in-class customer service and increasing bottom line profit.
