Steve leads the CRT Academy and is an experienced teacher, trainer and developer of people.
Since joining CRT, Steve has led tailored training workshops that have helped a wide range of clients harness the power of our ViewPoint solutions and services.
His style of mentoring is open and inclusive, which leads to a stimulating learning environment being created for all attendees.
Currently, Steve is further developing the CRT Academy so that it reaches new audiences – helping greater numbers of engagement, survey and insight professionals hone and improve their skills, knowledge and confidence.
