NEW: Client Forum launched

A new interactive Client Forum has been launched by CRT in a bid to offer heightened levels of customer support to ViewPoint users.

The Forum has been developed by CRT’s in-house IT team. It will ensure customers engage with each other and share best practice ideas and success stories, as well as enabling insight and engagement professionals to explore different ways of harnessing the powerful ViewPoint Reporting Control Suite.

The  new Forum is part of a series of developments that will enhance CRT’s customer service offering. Also in the pipeline are:

  • A new facility that allows cases to be submitted via a web form
  • A Live Chat interface that will soon be introduced to the platform, which speed up processes for those customers seeking to purchase new equipment and solutions, or speak directly to the customer service and technical support teams

It will ensure customers engage with each other and share best practice ideas and success stories
