Create new surveys from scratch, constructing each individual question and response set. For consistency and speed during the survey design stage, opt for the in-built 'Question Library' and 'Response Library' to populate questions and response sets from a database. ViewPoint RCS also comes with the National Patient Survey installed.
Instantly create a new survey from an existing survey for editing, which allows consistency of patient surveys whilst focussing on different services, specialties or areas of concern.
To facilitate excellent accessibility for your patients, ViewPoint allows you to insert logos and branding, change font style and text size, screen background and button colours.
You can also change the font sizes and colours used within surveys. For example, display text in large, bold print to support participation by the visually impaired, where previously staff assistance would have been required.
The top third of the Touch Screen can be personalised with visual and/or textual aids to encourage participation. This can be in the form of images, logos or an important message you wish to convey to your patients. An additional option is to incorporate an information page allowing Trusts to give patients and/or visitors feedback - for example what changes have been made to service offerings as a result of the feedback from previous surveys.
Communicating the actions taken is an excellent means of ensuring the ongoing engagement of patients and visitors in the gathering of your quality-improvement feedback.
